چکیده

Urban resilience refers to the of a city after external shocks and its ability prevent, respond recover from extreme disasters. In 2015, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs) made urban one global sustainable development goals. Additional information regarding can have positive effect on transformation toward more city. For China, research is still in infancy, there insufficient experience implementing key tasks project management. This studies 30 China's provincial capital cities, constructs an evaluation framework system for resilience, measures Chinese cities 1998 2017, explores their temporal spatial evolution based econometric models. The results show that (1) gap level between been increasing over time; (2) Northeast, Southwest, Northwest Yangtze River Delta regions China significant “convergence”; (3) located economically developed areas such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Pearl Delta, namely, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou Guangzhou, exhibit higher levels. contrast, Lanzhou Yinchuan northwest Harbin Changchun northeast lower levels resilience. Finally, relevant policy recommendations are proposed at national, regional

Spatio-temporal Dynamics of the Urban Fringe Landscapes

Study of the land-use/land cover (LULC) changes close to the boundary of the buildup area (urban fringe) provides deeper understanding of a land-use dynamics at different spatial and temporal scales. Few thoughts have given to the analysis of complicated spatial landscape at a fringe area. The aim of this paper is to resolve this bias by focusing on these interfaces. Results of this paper show ...

The Dynamics of Urban Land Rent in Italian Regional Capital Cities

This research tries to interpret the results of the empirical analysis of urban land value variations from 1977 to 2012 in the regional Italian capital cities based on the well-known theory of urban land rent. The historical series to be analyzed were obtained as the difference between the market value of a property and its cost of production. The paper shows, in quantitative terms, how differe...

Spatio-temporal Databases in Urban Transportation

In this paper we describe applications, research issues, and approaches related to Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). More specifically, we focus on spatio-temporal databases in urban transportation. We address the issues of trip planning and navigation, abstraction of concepts from spatio-temporal sensor data, mobile peer-to-peer data management, and social networks and crowd-sourcing. ...

Spatio-temporal analysis of the covid-19 impacts on the using Chicago urban shared bicycles by tensor-based approach

Cycling is a phenomenon in urban transportation that has the ability to allocate a specific location at any moment in time. Accordingly, spatial analysis of bicycle trips can be accompanied by temporal analysis. The use of a GIS environment is commonly recommended to display the extent of the phenomenon's spatial changes. However, in order to apply and display changes over time, it will requir...
